Our 5.5km Greenway connects the pretty town of Blessington with local 18th-century mansion, Russborough House.
Another outdoor activity in Blessington is the popular weekly Parkrun event which encourages social cohesiveness in the community. It takes place every Saturday morning at 9.30 am in Russborough house. There are no registration or participation fees to join Parkrun. Although, if you want to record your time, you will need to register in advance and use the required barcode you will have received upon registration. After the event, runners, walkers, and volunteers can meet in the café for lunch and a chat.
